Hey all, I suprisingly lost .8(not quite a pound) which I was thrilled with...had too many unexpected things pop up at last minute this week(bday parties, after football beers at the karoake bar...etc) I have learned that I cant use all my calories, especially the weekend , and not save a few for last minute outings(or eatings I should say) i know I didnt drink near enough water ..but I will take the slight loss and try harder this wee...good luck girls..we CAN do this!

I've been terrible the past few weeks. Got totally off-track with a wedding, a road trip, and my son moving out. It's so easy to eat thoughtless meals when I'm not responsible for another person's healthy choices.

Nice going, Lisa!! The rest of us will do better next week. Right? Right! I just donated blood, so no exercising tonight. Trying to drink that water.

Hope you all had a great weekend! I have been excerising everyday since last Wednesday. So I am hoping that helps when I get on the scales tomorrow evening. Hope you all have a great weigh-in this week.

Hi Ladies,
Hope you are all doing well this week. I lost 2 pounds this week. I have been really good on my eating and excerising this past week. So I think I will try to keep doing that and hopeful I will be a loser again next week. Here's wishing you all wonderful weigh-ins this week.
Have a great Wednesday!
Take care,
Kerry

GG sorry to hear that you haven't had a really good weigh in in a month or so. Hope things eventally work and even out for you to have a good weigh in. Also aren't you under a lot of stress in your life right now? That can really affect how your weight goes for you.
Hope things start looking brighter for you!

WTG, Kerry! Great job on the loss!

I think you're absolutely right. Whenever weight is up, emotions or stress are usually also riding high.

GG, there was a thread or two about working third shift and how to manage meals, you might find it helpful.

I missed my TOPS weigh-in this week due to a work-related activity. It wasn't a MANDATORY activity, but I was all-too-happy to not weigh in ... I weighed in at home and I'm like 15 pounds higher than a month ago.

What's up, Lyn and Lisa?

Phantastica,
Thanks for the vote of coincidence. I sure need it.
As for your scales being 15 pounds higher than last month, haven't you been very busy with a wedding, going out of town, working and your son moving out of your house. So you have had some stressful times here lately. Just get back on the bandwagon and start tomorrow like it is the brand new day that it is. I know that if you reach deep down inside of you you will find the willpower and determination that you need to succeed. Hang in there, I am rooting for you.
Hope everyone else is having a great week.
Take care,
Kerry

GG I am so happy the scale fairy has come to visit you this week! You did a great job at losing those 2.5 pounds this week. I think it is just what you needed to get back on track. You sound so much more happier in your message. Keep up the good work!
I read a post on the General Chatter forum this morning, that was very inspiring. I think I am going to print it off and read it at my next TOPS meeting for support. It is titled Prepare To Be inspired!!(not a joke). Once you read it I think you will be inspired to reach your goals now.
Have a great day!

Hi everyone...just a very quick post to let you know I'm still here. Turtled this week, but that was ok considering all the sweets I ate over the weekend. Going to a women's conference over the next weekend...will try to be good. Have been exercising lots.

Hang in there everyone!
