Lunch: frozen President's Choice blue menu meal (lf, low calorie): sesame ginger chicken - chunks of chicken (very few!) in ginger sesame sauce w/veggies (mushrooms, onions, peppers, peapods)
Green grapes
Snack: coffee w/cream, 4 arrowroot cookies
Possible pre-gym snack (if headache goes away): 2 cheese strings
Dinner: roast chicken, roast potatoes, veggies.
