Sorry all....I was away for the Labor Day holiday...and I am just getting my sh...tuff together to sit down and say hello!! LOL.

I am struggling this week. I had a nice holiday, but I am just not motivated to do anything. I still have to finish the last two chapters of the book, and it is my goal to have that done by the end of the week.

I hope everyone else is doing well....

Julie, thank you for the nice thread. I have Dr. Phil's book, but never really gave it much of thoughts. Did read part of it and it ended up on my book shelf in the bedroom. I will get it back out and will review again.

I started Slim fast a little while ago, but as long as you drink the shakes etc. you are o.k. I guess. I was a little sick for the past week and did not drink the shakes. Had a lot of soups and fluids. So I gained my weight back. So now that makes me thing, that as long as you drink the shakes etc. you are o.k., but as soon as you get off of it you gain all the weight back. That can not be healthy either.

I am a member of ediets.com for now about 2 years or so.
