Yesterday ended up decently, though I did have a small dish of vanilla ice cream at my friend's house....
Breakfast:
cheerios with 1/2 banana, 1% milk
1/2 english muffin with natural pb*
Snack:
hard boiled egg
Lunch:
Spinach* salad with tomato*, orange pepper*, avocado* and salmon*
small square of spoonbread
Snack:
lf cottage cheese with fruit (banana or peaches)
Dinner:
grilled chicken, fresh green beans*, brown rice*
Oh, and I broke down and bought some Green & Black's chocolte - Expresso flavored - 95% dark chocolate. OMG - it's devine!
