I shop at the local farmer's markets, a regular grocery store and some local health food stores depending on what I am looking for.
I get a lot of bulk things like whole wheat pastas, grains, legumes and spices at the health food store as it is cheaper and I can buy the quantity I need without paying for the fancy packaging.
I actually find the grocery store cheaper for things like Kashi cereal and some specialty items as the Loblaws/Great Canadian Superstore have their own brands of "health food" and organic products. And I find they have better prices on things like veggie burgers and Yves Veggie Cuisine products.
The farmer's markets have the best prices on seasonal produce most of the year but are closed in winter. I go to Produce Depot as I find they have better prices and better quality fruits and vegetables than the regular grocery stores do in the winter.
