Breakfast: sf/ff chocolate cherry fondue yogurt, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: 1/2 salmon steak, 1/2 baked potato, green beans
fresh blueberries
Snack: 2 slices dark rye w/margarine, hb egg. lf mayo
sf iced tea
Dinner: broiled steak, kasha and bowties!!! (whole wheat pasta of course), salad w/olive oil dressing
Then I will need to DUCT TAPE my mouth shut!
