I'm a bit curious as to why you only want positive responses. If I were thinking of trying some sort of diet aid, I would like to know the good and bad about it if others have tried it as well. I mean, really, if one person took it while they were exercising and dieting and said they think it "might have helped", and 30 people have taken it and said that it didn't do squat, wouldn't you really want to know that?
We all want to hear about a diet aid that works as promised. So far, I don't think anything out there exactly qualifies as a magic bullet, though we might desperately want to hear that something we are considering is just that.
