Can anyone tell me if this is normal?? I restarted phase one on April 10th-weighed in on the 12th, and then weighed myself this past Wednesday. I haven't lost a single pound. BUT I am about to get my period : ) lucky me...so the only thing I can think of, is that you are supposed to lose water weight in the first 2 weeks and I gain water weight right before my monthly....so should I freak out or wait until next week to see if I lost anything?? (FYI I am following the diet at 100% and only cheated one night for Passover...and only a little)...So a full 10 days on the diet and not a pound-depressing-but maybe it's ok?
Anyone else have this happen becuase of the monthly Flo?
