Got through Day 1 unscathed. Working on finishing up Day 2 and the cravings are much less today than yesterday.

Felt lots of energy today. I don't miss the sweets - have to remember getting enough sleep also helps to not crave sweets.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal?? I restarted phase one on April 10th-weighed in on the 12th, and then weighed myself this past Wednesday. I haven't lost a single pound. BUT I am about to get my period : ) lucky me...so the only thing I can think of, is that you are supposed to lose water weight in the first 2 weeks and I gain water weight right before my monthly....so should I freak out or wait until next week to see if I lost anything?? (FYI I am following the diet at 100% and only cheated one night for Passover...and only a little)...So a full 10 days on the diet and not a pound-depressing-but maybe it's ok?

Anyone else have this happen becuase of the monthly Flo?

I think mosy of the chicks have the same problem with Aunt Flo and Uncle Tom. Hang in there!

Rats, up too late last night and blew day 6. I'll just pick up again, although I don't know if I'll do 2 weeks more P1.

I am still hanging in so this is day five for me. The cravings are getting better, yesterday I had a stressful day and it got bad for a while. Always feels good to win those little battles.

Hang in there! The feeling of actually completing P1 was so rewarding to me. I restarted on monday so this is day six for me. I've done really well except yesterday I needed to have a few P2 foods for convenience. I was on a field trip.
