Lightbulb Just finished Dr Phil Rapid Start Plan

Hi,

I'm Chantelle, I live in Australia, am 21, married, and have a 6month old son Lucas. I am studying Business at University through Distance Education so I can stay home with bub. Okay, so that's me. Now, I have just finished Dr Phil's Rapid Start Plan and have lost 3.8 kilos! That's 8.36 pounds! I have made my first two weeks, and could not be prouder of myself. I have tried Weight Watchers many times before, but ended up blowing it, and basically have never been able to make it past the 2-week mark on any diet. And now I have!!! It's been two weeks and one day, and I don't feel like giving up! I think it's mainly because of the types of foods I'm eating. Dr Phil is right about them, as my cravings are practically gone, and I am finding resisting temptations ALOT easier, and it gets easier everyday. This was my downfall in Weight Watchers, as I would spend my points on foods that basically cause you to crave more food. I am so happy to have finally found one that works for me!

Congratulations. I am very excited to hear of your success because I am starting the Rapid Start Plan tomorrow. I did it before but flunked after 5 days and I am ready to resume. I lost 3 lbs in the first 5 days!! I was really excited.
Well congrats again!! Kudos to you!!
