I agree, SusanB! I have tried a lot of different options in the past, and all were good for me, but this is the one that has worked the best so far. If I can think of losing weight purely as a math game, it becomes less difficult to do it (typical engineering brain, I suppose

). I only take in between 30-40% of what I burn each day, so logically, I know the plan HAS to work. There's no way it can't work!
I guess this is the same game everyone else calls "mind over body"... but, regardless of the name, it WORKS! Taking the focus off of my own willpower and my own strength, and instead shifting it to a numbers game makes it easier for me to follow the plan!
