Has anyone here bought a microwave apple baker from Richard Simmons?? I got one off ebay without instructions and Richard (or someone posing as him) emailed me that he could not find the instructions that it was a very old product. I was hoping someone here might have one from way back when and be able to tell me how to use it. The person I bought it from said it was an old QVC special item and they did not have the instructions either.

Thought it might be worth it to ask.

Ruth - the shoulder is still not right, I dont know what I did to it, but it is better and I can turn my head a little farther to the right now. Thank you for asking. Definitely time for a new mouse...but when will I do it, that's the question. I dont drive anymore and everyone is so busy right now. but I will get to it eventually. I think I might have an old one around here somewhere.

xenigal - Yes, I was born on january 29th. Aquarius and I love garnet in all it's colors but especially blood red.

Glad to hear that the medication is not the cause of the problem. Now to find out what is!

Sounds like you live in a wonderful place and you are so lucky to have a gardening patch!

Lilion - Hi back at ya.

You want to hear a sob story. I did not get to go to my prom. I was married and he said he had already gone to all the proms he was going to go to. He was older than me. He remains a jerk as far as I know though. He is on his fourth wife. If I had had any sense I would have just gotten a date and gone without him.

Valerie - Hi - mom is still coming. In fact while I was at Carolyn's she went to the gym alone once!!!!major event! I only went once last week(end) but hope to go tomorrow. Mom thinks I do too much time on the cardio, she keeps telling me Im doing too much and it is starting to get on my nerves. Just because she is doing good to do 10 minutes at a time, doesnt me she should slow me down. She likes the weight machines more than the cardio anyway. I know for me, I have to do cardio for weight loss. I do the weights too for tone, but I have so much more to lose than my mother. I guess I am going to have to have a talk with her about the whole thing.

She keeps trying to get me to get fast food too. Everytime she is out shopping or wherever she calls to see what my brother and I want to eat (fast food). She finally asked me what the **** I could eat and I told her I could eat exactly what she could eat the first two weeks of the diet because I am back on phase I. She said, Oh, not a **** of a lot then huh?
funny.

Oh I HOPE you dont put the horse down!!! Cant he be retired or something? Be for petting instead of working. Maybe you could use him to show how to curry properly or something...!

How's the puppy doing?

for bill the tool guy _My dad loves gift cards to Sears.

oops, lilion great minds I guess...ha

LesleyUK - you will find that I come and go. I have no excuse since I am at home all the time but sometimes I can participate in life and sometimes I just cant. Thanks for missing me.

I am glad that you are feeling better.

Lilion - are you comfortable on the bike? I got one this year and I just feel like I am going to fall over and break into a million pieces...of course one of those bigger pieces will be impaled on the tiny seat.

I would be happy to know that it will be more comfortable soon so I can ride it. I am 32 pounds beyond you, how tall are you? I am 5'2"

To all the new ladies

To everyone I missed Hello and I hope all is well with each of you and you are all on program and progressing nicely.

For anyone in a rut or off program, I totally sympathize and promise it wont be any easier to start back if you wait another day...might as well do it now and get it over with because YOU KNOW you are TIRED of feeling this way and weighing this weight! So let's all get together and get on program even if we arent seeing much if any results at the moment...it will come if we keep on exercising and watching what we eat...well, counting our points/calories...we can watch food go in all day and it wont help. ha ha ha

Really, come on, saddle back up we are in for a long ride to a very nice place I heard of called healthyville!
