Ammi – It is taking a long time to get my CD’s imported into iTunes, but it will really be worth it. I will be able to carry around a little device the size of a cassette tape that will contain every single album that I own. It still blows my mind to think about it.
Kayley – Congrats on the 2 pounds and on the increase in flexibility! That is great. I have heard that Walk the Line is really good – hope you enjoyed it. It is very sad that I haven’t seen one movie that was nominated for best picture this year. I have some movie watching to catch up on!
Butterflyns – That is amazing that you have made it into the 2’s – you are doing an amazing job! I would definitely check with your doctor about your knees. You don’t want to do even more damage.
Brenda – I would say that increases in stamina and flexibility from getting exercise are translating into all areas of my life. I have definitely been able to tell a difference. Now I just need to feel a bit better about myself and not let the negative sides of things get me down (still too fat) – which they end up doing a little too often.
Crock – Don’t stress too much about the test. That is one sure way of making your mind blank! Relax and try and let the information sink in. I am sure you are going to do fine.
Jessica – Your son’s birthday is definitely a great reason to have some cake and ice cream. I am glad to hear that the part turned out so well.
Garnet – I really like Veena and Neena. They are very low key and aren’t all bouncy and annoying like some exercise video people can be. I really like the tapes – they focus on feeling good and enjoying the moves. They really isolate different body parts and some of the moves are harder to do than others. I know I look like an idiot, but I enjoy myself immensely. Definitely give them a try and let me know what you think.
There was another thread I was reading recently about how a lot of women find that they feel fatter once they have lost a good amount of weight because they are getting much more in touch with their bodies and are actually developing a more accurate body image. This could be happening to you too.
Amber – there is a great thread in the fitness videos forum about bellydance here:

Don’t worry about the numbers too much. They might take awhile to catch up with what you’re doing but they will eventually.
Tonight my BF really wanted pizza so he got one from Pizza Hut – one of those new cheese bite things. I ended up having one piece and realizing I didn’t really like it. I figure if I am going to eat 400 calories, it is going to be on something better than that. Another weekend that was way too short! Oh well.
