I AM WORKING ON GETTING THIS THREAD STICKIED!!!
Here's the deal:
EXERCISE~ 1 point for every 20 minutes of exercise!
WATER~ 1 point for every 1/2 gallon, 2 litres, 64oz.(1/2 points allowed!)
HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES~ 1 point per meal..based on your chosen diet plan
and 1/2 point for every healthy snack.
POUNDS/INCHES LOST PER WEEK~ 2 points for every pound AND inch lost
in a week!!
Some of you will be posting current weight and measurments tomorrow,and some won't!!
