This morning was my first weightin in two weeks. I managed to stay the same. Need to get my butt moving. Vacation is in 20 weeks and I want new clothes.

I'm down 2 lbs this week. I'm trying to decide if I want to bother taking the weight of the hardware off that they put in me. The doctor laughed when I asked him how much it weighed. He said about 1 1/2 pounds. I think I will just let it be part of me since it's in there for good. LOL

Much, much suckage here...I weighed 203 today. I slacked off on my water drinking and have been over calories a lot this last week. TOM's coming next week. I'm hoping the pounds are artificially raised given that. All I know is, it stinks to be over 200 again and I'm discouraged.

Don't be down on yourself. I know you will get that right back off and then some. You just had a bad week that's all. We all have them. Just get right back at it.

Don't be discouraged - you've done so well, this is just a minor hiccup in the big scheme of things. You'll be back under the 200# mark before you can blink an eye.

Thanks, Howie and Dee. Yesterday I pushed myself and walked very fast for 25 minutes at the YMCA's indoor track, then did some strength training for my upper body on the machines. I feel more in control again.

Anita, that rocks! You go, girl!

I lost 1.8 lbs. Which puts me officially at 29.6 lbs.
I finally got back to where I was on Dec 17. Took me this long to get back into the 'swing' kind of Hit 10% for a second time and I'm closer...

Almost there .4 lbs...almost at that 30 lbs mark! soooooooooooooooo frustrating!!
