Does anyone know the formula they use on Biggest Loser for figuring out the percentage of weight lost?

all i have to say is both families look much happier and healthier than when they first arrived at the ranch! we all know how hard it is to lose weight... think of the added pressure with having a video camera following you around all the time... but then you think... im on tv, i cant give up and plus, my famliy would hate me!

Unless they do it differently, you divide the difference (start weight minus current weight) by the start weight. I just did mine- 12.2%.
