Hi Tara! Hi everyone! Happy New Year!!!! Well, I just came back to 3FC after being gone for a little over a month!
As long as I follow my diet and come HERE (3FC) everyday I can do this! But, while I was gone I gained 8#!!!! So........I'm back!!!! I too get out of control. If my life is in an upheivel so is my weight! I have weighed anywhere from 160# to 289# in my life! (I'm 41)! I usually hug that 200# mark though! I really contribute that 8# gain to the holidays or the stress of the holidays! Not to mention I work for a CHOCOLATE STORE!!!
Where they actually make the chocolate right there!!!!!! I use to work for a Police Department in the administrative office but talk about a weight gain...........that place put me at my all time high! The stress of the job I could take...........It was the stress I recieved from the co-worker in the cubical next me that I couldn't take. grrrrrrr.
Well I wanted to mention (sorry about all the babbling above) that I to do weight watchers. I love it. Again, as long as I follow it! I lost 33# doing it from June till the end of October. 4 days ago, I started up again with my ww materials and of course 3FC. So, I'm going to try this from home.
I absolutely love how Misty is paying herself for motivation. She is brillant! I waste sooooo much money on everythin/nothing that I have decided to do that too. I made myself a jar (decorated it all cute
) and I am going to put
$2 for every pound I loose and $5 for every 5 pounds I hit. Thanks for the idea Misty!!!!
