No change for me this week. I guess that's not such bad news after the hot wings, tortilla chips, and dip haze that was last night. Hope you all have great results this week!
Congrats to those who lost this week. I'm up a couple of pounds. I'm starting WW (at home) today, so hopefully that will get me going in the right direction. I was hoping that nursing and walking would do it, but I think I'm eating too much junk to lose weight and need to start tracking it.
Okay, I never post when I gain, but I've decided that this year I'm doing things differently. I gained .8 lb. I have no idea why because I've been doing everything right. Could be that starting exercise and eating again after a week of being sick (and losing 3.2 lbs. during that week) caused the weight gain. Oh, well, whatever it is, I'm just going to move on and not let it get me down.
I posted on the other thread but I lost 1.8 lbs. That means I have lost the 4 lbs I gained over christmas and .6 ahead
The good news is I am close to the 30 lbs goal.
still struggling, not exercising and just watching what I eat.
I want to lose 20 lbs by March 29th (my 33rd bday) so I am gonna have to do something new!
I will be going out of town for a week on Monday and will miss a weigh in day next week.
This week I am down 1.5 pounds.

Creations....all the hard work and then some is worth it. It's a LOOOOOOOONG road...but you can & will make it. You can tell me the same thing next time I tell you I set fire to my scale. It doesn't budge when it really should but when it does.....woooooohooooo...I could do a cartwheel!! Ok, ok...not exactly a cartwheel, but I would try!! Be patient.../and keep going!!
Congrats to everyone on their losses!!!! I am weighin in tomorrow morning for my official loss, but I am down technically 2 lbs since last week before my 4 lb water weight gain over last weekend which I lost. I have been OP for 4 days straight, I am hoping to see a lil more.
