Hi folks. Just a quick report to keep me at least a little accountable. I have been excercising at the gym at least 4-5 times a week. I've been focusing on cardio but added in a weight routine on Friday. I've lost about 10lbs this month so far (I think some of my Jan 1 wt was PMS and water) so I'm back to a little below my pre-xmas weight. Pretty good damage control. I haven't been watching my food choices very closely but will start soon.
I haven't had a lot of time to be online. When I have checked in I've noticed how active the forum is. tons of posts.
