Default What if i don't feel like it?

I weigh 242-241 and I would like to lose alot of weight I am in no hurry though just want to do it safe and healthy BUT I do want to see result's because that will inspire me to continue my journey, What my question is (I know i have alot of them) Im new so give me a break
I know i should be eating around 16-1800 cal's a day, For this past week i've kept it under 1800 for sure mainly under 1600 I would love some input becouse i feel like im eating alot although im eating alot better it just feels like alot even though im not eating the full 1800 a day I figure im am close enough because I will have just a touch more than the serving recommends (not much at all) and I figure that will probally get me around 1800 would someone look at my fitday for this past week (first week ever) and give me some feedback? Is it okay if i don't alway's get 1800? What if i don't feel like it? I know i need to get in more veggies and im working on it I am also drinking tons of water, so what do you all think? THANKS for putting up with my questions

p.s- yesterday i allowed myself to indulge in some chili cheese fries and chocolate i plan on doing this once a week so i don't binge terribly all week. It keeps me going

You're eating a decent amount of calories, and if you're not hungry, then you're doing great. Sometimes you may eat more calories, sometimes less. As long as you're burning more than you're taking in, you'll be fine.

If you want nutritional tweaking for health's sake, you seem to eat processed and high glycemic carbs every day. You could get a healthier bang for your caloric buck by eating 'better' fruits (grapes instead of raisins, berries instead of bananas) and whole grains instead of processed grains (e.g., wheat thins). Some days you do better with this instead of others, so as time goes on, I imagine you'll automatically choose the healthier options. You already know you need to work on veggies, so I'm sure that will come with time, too.

All-in-all, I think you're doing darned good!

When you're not eating junk food you can actually eat a LOT of food for your calories. It's pretty awe-inspiring, actually. And it goes a long way toward illustrating why people are heavier today than they were 100 years ago!

1600-1800 sounds good. With your "indulgence" yesterday, you should be okay with staying more toward 1600 most days.

Veggies veggies veggies! But you already knew that.

I would suggest, instead of reduced FAT peanut butter, try reduced *sugar* peanut butter. The fats in peanut butter are the kinds your body needs. Skippy does a "natural" peanut butter with less sugar, look for that. Or just do natural peanut butter full stop--Laura Scudder's makes one (it's the kind you have to mix the oil back into).
