Breakfast Check in...
Ok ladies, I was ill yesterday so I was not able to start my diet and exercise, sooooooo today is the day....
Here is what I had for breakfast already....
1 cup Toasted Oats (Walmart brand Cheerios)
1 cup Fat Free Milk
1 mini box of raisins
1 cup of Chocolate Soy Milk
1 Banana
Total of 406 calories, 3.2 grams of Fat, 74 Carbs, 19 Protein
I also start my Curves workout today too....I can't wait.
I was so proud yesterday, went grocery shopping and bought ALL health food, NOT one peice of crap food...lol
