Just finished my w1/i2 of couch to 5k. That was a great walk/jog. I'm ready for the third installment of the week to see if I can make it through all 60 seconds of the jogging portions. It's funny because I always checked the time at around 35-40 sec. I would know that was how far I was in it.

I did 2miles WATP, and walked around shopping for 5 hours, and we were walking pretty briskly! Definitely worked up a little sweat! Phew it was a long day! hehe..
Went to my daughters for the week end and walked three miles each day even hiked to a water fall that previously couldn't make it too! Sunday went swimming for forty minutes at the hotel so I am excited! I am committed! Thanks to you and keeping me accountable!
