Another off-plan but under point day. I woke up feeling lousy and sick to my stomach (I think it was all the paint fumes). I couldn't possibly eat any breakfast (or lunch for that matter) but drank lots of liquids all day (I sent my sweetie out to Tim Horton's drive-thru three times today). By suppertime my tummy was grumbling and I ate dinner and then had another late night snack (I prefer not to eat after 7pm). Back to normal tomorrow!

[/U]Sunday[/U]
Morning
Extra-large Tim Horton's steeped tea
Afternoon
Two 1 litre bottles of President's Choice Natural Spring Water
Medium Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino (made with 2% milk)
Evening
roast chicken
baked potato (with "I Can't Believe its Not Butter" spray)
cabbage salad
500ml. lime flavoured mineral water
Late Evening
Fruit muffin
Tim Horton's coffee (with cream)

Exercise: evening walk with dog (G took her in the morning), almost 4 hours of second coat painting of walls, plus first coat of trim

Was looking at my fitday reports today, noticed my average daily calories (and fat grams per day!) have creeped up since my birthday. Been craving sweets since having cake and ice cream on my birthday and all extra sweets have been adding extra calories. Will buy some easy-to-snack-on-fruits, veggies and lean protein to replace the refined carbs and sweets I've been snacking on the past week or two. I'm still losing even with the extra calories but I have been feeling more tired lately and I believe increasing my protein and veggie/fruit intake will help alot.
Anyway, here's my eats for the day.
B: ham and cheese sandwich
D: pepper and tomato beef with pasta; large salad with turkey, ham, cheese and light ranch dressing
S: choc graham cracker sticks dipped in caramel; 3 choc chip muffins
Beverages: 20 oz decaf iced coffee with splenda and whipped cream; 20 oz coke zero; 70 oz water
*****total calories=2034*****
Day off from exercise

Weekends are a pain for me for structured eating, as I'm less aware of the clock, and we're usually running low on fruits and veggies. So when Gem gets hungry I start thinking of food. Yesterday was typical, with lots of meat and cheese, and no real veggies or fruits, except the homemade applesauce.

SUNDAY (free day)

Breakfast:
wheat bagel w/light cream cheese
coffee w/milk and protein powder

Lunch:
Chef Boyardee Beefaroni

Afternoon snack to keep the Beast at bay:
cottage cheese
applesauce

Dinner:
grilled steak
tomatoes

Snacks:
toast w/butter

Drinks:
diet soda, coffee, tea

Calories:
about 2000

Exercise:
swimming

It looks like I'm in need of a weekend challenge again. I did great all week (minus Friday) and then ate horribly on Saturday and Sunday. I didn't even mess with logging it but it involved mucho chocolate and ice cream.

Back on track today though even with a potluck at work.

Welcome Denise.

Now on to this weeks to start fresh
