Why are you beating yourself up over diet soda? Yes it's not the best stuff for you but it has no calories. Your not going to gain weight from it. I know if your trying to give something like soda it's hard and you can get mad at yourself. But don't let a drink with no calories put you in the mind set of being a failure.
I have 9 more lbs to get to my Memorial day goal so that's a little under 2 lbs a week. I think I can handle that.
