Welcome to the Valentine's Day Challenge Victory Party! Come on in and post your victories achieved during this challenge, whether it be:
-a weight loss goal met
-weight loss achieved (even if not the number of pounds you aimed for--there's still less of you! Yay!)
-exercise habit formed
-eating habits improved
-thinking more positively about yourself
-learned something about yourself that will make your weight loss efforts easier because of this knowledge

I met my weight loss goal of losing 14 pounds (I actually lost 18 pounds), formed an exercise habit, and have been successful at abstaining from sweets for 45 days now.
I feel the music and am going out onto the dance floor.
