Thanks y'all! Hmmm, i have been married five years, have two girls, 4 and 6 mos, and gained a lot of weight with both of them. The first one i gained 65 pounds and lost 50 of that permantely. Then i lost 15 more, but gained it back. The last one i gained even more weight and weighed in at 196 on my 5 foot one inch frame-eeek!! I went down to 170 almost right away-within a week of delivery- all that water weight-but boy i saw a differnece-whatever you can get counts sometimes!!
I weigh between 165 and 170, dont know cause i am not allowing myself on the scale for 3 weeks, so i wont know til then if i lost any weight.This isnt my first time trying to lose weight, but i took off 5 weeks from work to focus on me (ususally i dont have the time is my excuse and then within a few days i fall off the diet only to start a new one on monday). SO i decided to do an at home fitness thing where i send the DD to school, DH is at work, and now i have time for me (and the baby
) and no excuses!!! We will see. Today is my first day and I should have worked out about an hour ago, oops, but i will here shortly! I work full time, have two kids, and go to school full time (my school considers one class full time if you work, but i usually take two-i want my degree to be done with!!) i have two cats and would like to get a dog-have to convince DH
