Diet Tip of the Day (DTD)

  • It sounds to me like enough of you like the idea to justify keeping it up, so I will. Just for future reference, I'm going to start calling the thread DTD for August __ . That way we can keep up with which tip it is and whether or not we've seen it yet or not.
