Some people might think this is silly, but I'm so excited about this I had to stop lurking and share. On father's day I played kick ball with my boys! You can't possible imagine how exciting this is for me and how excited they where DH took pictures I don't think he believed it eighter lol. I don't have a scale, but I think i've lost at least 5lbs! All I know is my clothes fit better! I've lost a nasty fat bump you used to be able to see with my shirts!
I've finally gotten the clue I can't just sit here and eat what I want! And I now have no desire. Passed up yummy looking waffles, with strawberries and cream on fathers day
I know I still have a long road ahead, But this such an awesome start for me

Congratulations Malinda. That is WONDERFUL! The Benefits of becoming healthy and losing weight are numerous.. Being able to participate in outdoor physical activity with your family is priceless. Geesh, I sound like a credit card commerical!

Keep up the great work. Before you know it that 5 lb loss will be a 50 lb loss! Congratualtions again. You should consider posting more rather than lurking around.. This is a pretty awesome place for support and encouragement

Good for you Malinda! Keep it up... Being able to keep up with kids and run around for an afternoon is a huge accomplishment.. Passing up Strawberry Waffles - You deserve an award! Thats one of my favorite foods... don't know if I could have been as strong..
