There are two new shows starting today on the Food Network. Low carb and loving it and Calorie Commando. They start at Noon eastern and I am late getting this on here. I'm sure they will replay them as always. I am really wanting to see the Calorie Commando. The host is one of the people who did body chanllange on the Discovery channle. Both host have been through weight loss so it ought to be pretty good.

Hey Howie -- thanks for reminding me! I had meant to watch Calorie Commando; I was looking forward to it, in fact! (The Low Carb one doesn't appeal to me as I'm a slightly reduced complex-carber, not a low-carber.) I missed it, though -- I did 4 hours' worth of gardening instead!

I liked the show. The food looked really good non-fried okra and pork chops. He baked them in a yummy breading. Carlos I think will be a good host after he gets used to the role. It was a little stilted today.
