I don't know about most of you, but I often have a hard time getting my journal entries started. I mean, I have a lot of entries full of rants and raves, but never a thought provoking thought. LOL Well, I found this today, and found it quite interesting....it kind of gose along with my own theme of loving yourself, which I FINALLY came to realize is just as important componant to this weight loss journey as is the food, excercise etc. Anyhoo, at the end of this sort article is some questions that will help you get started for a journal entry.
