Try to remember, Bella, that your weight is not who you are - it's only a part of you. I know how hard it is to keep that in mind, as I beat myself up quite often. Keep going to Curves, keep trying to eat healthy foods --you can do it!
I know it's hard to see a positive when confronted by disappointment like that, but I DO see a positive! The fact that you got the news at Curves shows you've got the mindset to change that disappointing number into one you'd be happier with. Now it's just a matter of your body catching up to your brain. Remember that weigh-in is in the past now, so don't waste any more time thinking about it - forget it and look to the future.
