Today back down 169.8,Shoveled snow for about an hour yesterday and had 2100 calories

Actually saw very, very few animals. I'm sure at night we'd probably have raccoons, perhaps mountain lions or even a bear. But where we were was not far at all from homes or even the local hospital. Which thankfully we didn't need that latter!

15: 2.25 miles. Abs strengthening. Still sore from Friday's adventure.

It's a nice sunny day here today but still freezing Will be 52 tomorrow

It's been a busy week for me as well. Having Monday off was nice but it throws off the rest of your week and almost doubles the work lol

ap14, you did good at Panera, I like their soup and their cinnamon roll both not good for me. Too much sodium in the soup and too much sugar in the cinnamon roll I never count the calories in my coffee creamer (or whipped topping). I always pee it out (sorry if TMI) so I figure it doesn't last long anyway and I drink 3 travel cups some days Catch up when you can Good job on the track and trying something different Are we losing inches (reason for pants failure?) Angie, great NSV on the popcorn, chips & salsa and good job on the 24lbs down Angie that may be my issue right now ... I'm not in the right headspace for weight loss. Rennie Good job with the scale. I love my lemon water in the morning. It really gets things moving lol. Oh and the avocado tuna really did help yesterday. I made enough for lunches for the rest of the week. I think that's going to be my new staple for lunch. I tend to get too snacky at work. I'm ready for the weekend lol. Next week will definitely be a lot better. Sending you some you can do it.

Thanks Trina do you mean get things moving moving? I need to be consistent then and see if it will work for me. I have never been regular Glad the tuna salad worked. I don't get snacky at work, it's not until I get in my car that I realize I need to eat so not good Thanks for the also

Rennie Yes the lemon water gets things moving moving lol It will definitely help get you regular. Another thing I drink every now and then is Dandelion tea. Now that works wonders. Are the ads in the middle of some folks post only annoying me lol. It's just so weird.

LOL, so glad to know I don't have a glitch on my computer. I have signed off and back on several times trying to get it to go away

Oh and we can now do friend request. The notification comes up where the private message indicator top right is You can also create a group now under the community heading. I wonder if 3FC now has an app, that would be great (am I addicted to the site or what?! )

And I have the dandelion tea also

I'm new to 3FC and figured I'd jump in here...just started yesterday and just taking things a day at a time...have at least 100 lbs to lose, I'd like to lose 110...but we'll see...right now if I lost 30 I might faint from the happiness
