176 lbs. this morning. I am 26 lbs. from goal. I am so grateful that I am not facing spring and summer with a wardrobe full of too tight clothes. I am not embarrassed to be seen anymore. The freedom feels great.

171.5 lbs. this morning. Feels great to be able to wear shorts. Feels great to shop in clothing stores for an average size woman. Feels great to be free of the compulsion and cravings that ruled my life. I feel free for today.
