I told myself when I got to 100 pounds lost (from highest ever weight) and maintained it for a year I would get a tattoo, but I never could figure out what or how to do it! 100 down? Century Club? Maintaining 100? 100 Lost?
I'm not a "tattoo" kind of person, but for THAT feat, I wanted it permanently known what I had accomplished.
I think I have that same goal, but this time I need to maintain for like 2-3 years for me to consider it because only then will I truly believe that I actually did it and figured out how to keep triggers at bay to MAINTAIN forever (or least mostly OK)
