Say it isn't so! Well, I have today as the last day of Feb to undo as much of the damage I have done all week so I can end the month on a positive negative weight. haha
I want/need/hope/pray/plan/and must execute a Magnificent March!

Lori I'm still posting in the February thread also. I started this one early because I tend to get side tracked or forget or wake up at night when I should be asleep to start the thread
Jumping in here for some accountability! Just now returning after a pregnancy and a major weight gain, so I need all the help I can get. My mindset hasn't switched over yet, but these threads always helped a ton in the past. Looking forward to seeing what March will be like!
Checking in and getting back on track! End of January derailed the crap out of me! Dallas client pulled the plug on the project - right in the heat of the moment when everything was getting worked on. Sucks professionally since you're working hard, sacrificing a lot, and then bam - over! Got thrown onto a new project a week later up in Chicago - and the team I'm leading was a wreck. Work was about 8-9 weeks behind schedule, lots of gaps, lots of work. Spent the last 4 weeks working 18-20 hour days. Fortunately - got a lot of stuff caught up. Unfortunately - I'm stuck in the recliner with bronchitis. Gained about 10 pounds, and have no worked out since Jan 18th.
However, having this "down" time and working from home this week while I recover will definitely be good to get my mind back on ME - get back on track and get back on here and into a habit of posting

Alicia I'm sorry about the project being pulled. Any idea why? Glad you pulled things together in Chicago though, GO YOU! Ouch sorry about the bronchitis, I had that once in the early 90's. I pray you have a quick recovery. Good to see you. February sucked for me but it was my fault. I'm hoping to make this a Magnificent March like Molly said
Well one day of no carbs but still over in calories gave me a two pound drop of water. Weigh in today 162.4
I've never posted much. Lately I have only been updating my weight in the other monthly thread, but figured that I should get more involved in the threads, so here I am.
So far 2015 has sucked. I have been out of control and gaining. I'm just lucky that I finished February at the same weight as I had started, as I was inching closer and closer to 250. Had a good workout this morning, the first in I don't know how long. There's no other way around it, I gotta move to lose.

Ok my good day has turned into a not so good day. I have had, club crackers, some fudge striped cookies and plain chips, smh. I am done for the evening gotta go to bed soon anyway so I should be good

I bought a Jawbone UP24 fitness tracker today. I have been looking at them since someone posted they were using fitbit and my fitness pal. Molly, was that you? I've been playing with it for the past hour to get it set up with my fitness pal. It was dead when I tried to activate it, so it is still charging. The only reason I bought the jawbone over the fitbit is the style. I think it is more subtle, and I don't want people at work noticing. I haven't shared my dieting with anyone but my old office mate. If anyone has noticed my loss, they haven't commented.
