Yes its 12 years since I joined. and I've been from 330 to 220 to 322 to 240 and back to 325. I've been out of breath doing the stairs and also done 2 half marathons.
now this time is slightly different I'm here via injury that kept me out of training and unlike previously where I was lazy I'm itching to get back into it.
However this year will be my year and I'm setting it up to be a huge one. why? well by NY I'm going to be under 220 why because I F****** well said I will and that's the bottom line! WOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
