Hi everyone, I'm back! After a long hiatus from the group I have come back again just about at the weight I started at a few years ago. Back in 2013 I started out at 285 lbs and over the course of about 8 months made it down to 212. I was feeling great, but fell back into old eating habits and told my self every time I gained a few pounds that it was ok, I would loss it again. Well needless to say after saying that week after week I am back to 276.5lbs (as of this morning). I am not upset or discouraged, life happens and I am just glad to be back! I had alway received such wonderful support from so may people here it was a no brainer to get back onto the forum!

Hi, suzukigurl....if you read my thread, you will see I'm totally understanding how you are feeling right now. It really is tough starting over, but I am already feeling encouraged by the few posts I have been able to view so far here on 3FC. We both already know how awesome this place is, and I'm glad we can be in it together again. We can do this, and I'm anxious to see your progress as the year moves along. As I used to say - the days are going to pass whether I make good choices or not, so I may as well make good choices and let the days count for something. In the end, we look back and see that all the small choices added up to make big progress in our journey. I'm already tasting victory!! :-)
