Don't ask me how I did it (I honestly don't know and couldn't tell you) but I lost 4lbs last week! I'm just 24lbs away from Onderland!!! I can't wait! This is the lowest weight I've ever had as an adult!!
Well after a few day on Atkins (bleh), I'm back to my ticker weight. Spring is not my best time for weight loss, but I'm hoping to stick with it. After a few more days,I wiil be able to pay attention to my weekly average wt.
Spring Break was absolutely horrible for me and my eating habits. When I stay at my parents house I cannot control my self! I overate way too much and the scale told me! I am now 6lbs up from my last official weigh-in of 223. I didn't think it was possible to gain 6lbs in a week, but the proof is right in front of me. I have been back on track with my eating since Monday morning, but it is too little too late, now I have 2x the work to do, and now I am 30lbs away from my Onderland goal
Been a rough couple of weeks, and I was eating stuff I shouldn't in quantities that I shouldn't be, and now I am paying for it. I have 28lbs to go before Onder-Land, but I feel back on track and KNOW that I will get there before the end of this year!
Thanks @VickieLou! I think I just expect a lot more of myself and the slow progress is tough for me to accept, but I'm happy with myself, I have to live a bit too lol

Whoop Whoop! I'm back on track (watching what I eat, low carb, and mostly plant-based foods, with a higher protein intake) and I am finally evening out to 224. So that means just 25 more lbs to go until onderland!!! I'll take it! I'm so close to the 2-teens that I am working hard to get there! (It would be glorious to get there before my friends wedding at the end of May, but I seem to only lose a pound a week, so that might be tough)
