Thank you wishing all of you wooshes! I am going to try and get up and start walking again. It so helps.

Seemyfeet....I am so sorry I know the pain all to well. I didnt get in my water yestersay and today I feel the RA......I hope it subsides for you.

Aw thanks Jenjen. I am so down in the dumps these days, not wanting to believe this is my "new normal" and not doing much to prepare for my future. I am not eating much at all--not being able to open tupperware or slice&dice veggies helps a lot with weight loss, ha, but i've also been too sedentary. I'm gonna run out for a haircut soon, and I'll use that to help jumpstart my re-entry into life. I don't know what kind of haircut to get--combing my hair is difficult some mornings. Hopefully the stylist will have some good ideas.

ok...time for big girl panties & lots of water!

Down to 231! I'm now at 91lbs to go! I am so glad to be under the 100lb mark.

Now its time to shuffle out of the 230s!

Good luck Firecracker getting out of the 230's is exciting indeed! And dipping under the 100 lb barrier too. I have done that myself by a few lbs now and it does feel good.

Lovely to be moving down the 230's at 236lb today the lower 230's beckoning me is nice.

My home scale doesn't match to the slimming world scale so am trying to keep both in mind at the moment. As the support of the group weigh in and friendship of the group is helping me stay motivated.

Am working today.. have done Tai Chi and Boxfit this week so worked up a sweat well, hoping it'll help my physical transformation as well as kicking my weight loss up a notch.

I hit 235.5 this morning so feels good to be mid point and to finally believe I can get back to onderland eventually. I had all but given up hope just a month ago.

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum, but certainly not new to trying to lose weight! I hope having a community will help me! I was scared to weigh myself because I thought I had gained significantly recently and was up in the 250's, but I weighed myself and I'm starting at 235.6. It may be my highest number, but it was a relief to not be as high as I thought! Now I'm definitely ready to lose!

Wish I found this thread at the end of April, I was 231.8 then. In spite of lots of gardening and some walking, I'm finally down to 223 but this is over 1/2 way thru July. At this rate I'll be 6 feet underground before I get rid of that dreaded 200 pounds PLUS.

When I began walking more often, cut out sugar, and added more veggies, I was finally able to dip into the 220's. It is still down and up with lots of frustration.

Thank goodness I don't have RA, mine is Osteo and as long as I eat properly and move often it really isn't bad most of the time.

May each of you eat healthy, move when you can, and grow smaller!!!

I hit 233 yesterday but bounced back up to 234lb today.. hoping it'll move down again as still on Slimming world plan.

Down to 232lb looking forward to moving down into the 220's. hardly seemed possible when I started at 243lb. Love the small steps as mini-goals gives you something to aim for along the way.

how is everyone else doing?

Finally down to 230 again after a week of anti-biotics and tooth infection.

Feels good to be on the brink of 220's.. shame it seems I'm on my own in here, but thought I'd update anyhow.

Hey guys! Im at 244 so a little over the weight for this thread but I see one for this and for 250-260 so figured on hop on here since im getting close anyways! Was struggling for a while but I am on a MISSION!!!! to get done -50! 11 pounds to go!

That was me falling off the wagon.

I'm back and currently at 229 after a month of struggling to get here. HUGS to all and this time I'm super gluing my butt to the wagon seat LOL.

235 lbs. this morning. Sometimes the scale doesn't budge for days and even goes up sometimes. I do not deviate from my food plan. I will get there slowly but surely. I will say Overeaters Anonymous is really helping me and I am slowly becoming less isolated.
