Thanks S... I was more bummed out that I realized.... OP today... but sleepy because I stayed up too late.... I could probably get in a 20 minute nap.... mmm. don't know if that will make things better or worse for the rest of the day! Another opportunity to live, learn and do something different next time.!

WOO-HOO, finally hit 197 today, which officially puts me into the Obese 1 category. No longer morbidly obese, and working my way into the Overweight Category. I know, it's still Obese, but it's better than it was. The weight is definitely coming off more slowly now, but it's still headed in the right direction.

Where do you get the categories from Mthrgoos? I'm curious to see where I am...

I'm leaving tomorrow to go away to D.C. for the weekend. I have friends there that I am going to see and I am going to an Orioles game. I'm changing my weight day to Friday so tomorrow I will post my weight again....Matt

I weighed in at 343.5 this morning (whew!) so that's 19.5 lbs for July.

Matt,

They have all kinds of calculators at http://www.leanandstrong.com/calc.html . I think Sandi originally post the link to it a while ago and I go there to check out my BMI all the time. My BMI started at 58.5 and now it's at 34.9. It makes me feel better to see the difference on there as I go down in the categories.

ok, here is how it has been, i went to the doc on friday and the scales said 286lbs. The highest i have ever been. When I got home I checked that against my scales and they agreed. I got on the scales today and they now read 280lbs. I have "tom" right now and on friday started atkins induction. So I'm happy with that. I'll check back in on friday to see what i lost in a week.
