Mary it you click the recipe tab you can add your own ingredients to form your own recipes that you can chose to share or not. Your information may be healthier than the person that input that. You will notice on MFP that people come up with the craziest numbers some only adding net carbs or not adding the sodium and such. Just compare a few things that you eat to what's already there

I am up 1.2lbs to 159.6. I have had a completely unplanned off point day but I have enjoyed it all. I hope I now have all of my snacking out now
since I can't think of anything else that I want. I do plan to have some beans and maybe a corn muffin for dinner. We'll see
