Hello,

I wanted to thank you all for your suggestions, support, prayers and virtual hugs after the loss of my sweet dog. While I am still missing him so much, I am back on track, exercising and dieting.

I know some of the resolve came from something much bigger than me (and that's pretty big!) -- caring, compassionate forum members, faith, etc. Thank you.

So -- I'll be back for sure for an August challenge. And I'm going to change that signature of mine so that it's current. Unfortunately, it's not as much of a change as I'd like, but I really do feel super-motivated now.
