Default Back in the saddle...again

Good morning, Chicks!!!

I am officially re-starting today. I am so bloated from being totally off-plan and I just plain needed to get back on track. According to the scale this morning, I have gained 20 pounds from the stress eating & bloat. I feel that at least 5-7 pounds is just water from the salty foods, stress, & hormones.

So it is time to get off my butt, literally!! I just did a 22-minute jog-walk & while it wasn't as fast nor as long as I was doing a few weeks ago, I did it!!

I will rejoin the challenges in September as I am committed to reaching goal by January 1st!!!

If you believe it, you will achieve it!!

Welcome back. May the water weight vanish quickly and may the scale never be grumpy.
Mini goals keep me sane...But I never forget the bigger picture!

Welcome back! It's nice to meet you!
Congratulations on making the decision to take your health by the reins! It always feels so much better to be on track, doesn't it?! I'm glad to hear you're back at it and I can't wait to hear about your progress throughout these next couple of months!
In August 2013, I wasn't sure if I could try to lose weight again, but I convinced myself to give it all I had just until October 31, 2013, at which point I would revisit my goals. I told myself I'd be pleased with my decision in the future. When October arrived, I felt deeply grateful indeed. It's been 24 months and over 121 lbs lost, and I remain deeply grateful every day. There are no words to explain how worth it the hard work is.
Reached onederland 31.12.2013!
Became 'overweight' (BMI of 29.7) on July 29, 2014!

Me too, sister. I'm hopping back into it! I'm going to go for a little jog right now! I just bought The Gabriel Method on amazon. Impulse buy? Yes. But 11 bucks isn't much to cry about. I wish you well!
Mini goal for June: 7lbs!
