+ relaxed and fun-filled BD dinner with friends last night

+ pedicure this morning was so soothing to my poor sore feet

+ gorgeous green grapes from Peru

+ got the 6K operating grant cheque for the Mill

+ back to very cold weather but my snowdrops did peek up through the leaves and even show a white flower bud

+ the days are getting noticeably longer

+ two more sleeps before Cuba!

+ grateful for my Cuba holiday - ten days of sun and sand and no technology

- I slept 9 hours last night. Very grateful to catch up on my sleep.

- performance went well and I got a wonderful warm welcome from the teachers I had not seen in a few years. That felt really good. They were so kind to help me bring things in, etc.

- mildish January weather (although I haven't looked or been out today yet)

- good plumbing* - grateful - our last house had terrible plumbing. (* knock on wood)

- a second day of performing went well. Folks were awesome about helping me get things in and out to the car. Grateful for it all.

- Project Runway had a good finale yesterday. It's such an entertaining show to me. Talented people, for sure.

- that my friend, Shirley, has been able to move forward in her health and weight. It's wonderful.

* the 4-6 inches of snow we were pose to get was less than an inch!

-I still can't believe I live in such a beautiful home. My DH has helped provide me with such a lovely life.
-I'm grateful that I ran into a co-worked at work that was going to the Metabolic Research Center.

-I'm SO grateful for finding 3FC and the LoseIt! App (which someone told me about on 3FC).

*My husband and his good health, still have a little chest pain while working out but it's improved
*Another beautiful day here, the cold has returned which is nice
*My ankle is really starting to improve since I injured it Wed morning
*Another healthy and binge free day yesterday, making today the same!
*The ability to get to the root of why I put back on weight before I think about what is happening

Lunarsongbird... we will spend some time with our son and his family.... which means our grandkids. It's our 35th anniversary... we got ourselves new beautiful granite kitchen countertops.

- grateful that I had almost a whole day of healthy eating. I'll keep trying.

- DH got an outstanding review at his company.

- I made the broth from the turkey bones and meat.. today the soup is coming. I always feel grateful when I can make another meal out of something that could have been tossed away.

- Mom did come over for lunch. It was so nice that she felt well enough to come. She had a taste for pizza... so she had some and some to take home.

- friends, who were our former neighbors, are coming over this afternoon. We haven't seen them in a long time. Lorne had heart surgery and it will be great to give him a hug. Looking forward to their visit

- all the kids in the neighborhood ran up to my mom to hug her

- day in the 40's yesterday was nice... folks were outside
