Oh I like this one! Than you for starting it!

New Year's Resolution: I don't want to put down a weight but I want to be eating super healthy whole foods and work out at least a half hour everyday, an hour would be better. I would hope to have lost at least 80 lbs. I just want to be healthier physically.

From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: I'm going to bite off a big number here just to see if I can do it...20 lbs lost by Valentines day. I know when I was younger I could do it but now that I am 40 not sure....but here is to working hard on the eating and working out

My new years resolution is to lose 15-20 lbs and to not be too hard on myself if I don't make it but to be Grateful for the losses I will have and to love the body I'm given myself. Also to stay on point with water consumption, the past two months I've slacked with water intake, and I plan to improve that. Also to hit the gym again 3-4 days a week and begin running outside again, the cold weather kind of put a kink in my running.

Oh this is exciting!
Valentine's Day is my 2nd mini-goal date so this challenge is perfect. My goal is to w/in @ 220 which is going to be 15-17lbs depending on my weight loss this week.

My NYR is to build up strength and continue to push myself to work out more often. I will complete two kettlebell workouts a week in the first 6 weeks of the new year. Weight-wise, I believe that I can hit 230 by February 14th, which is my next mini-goal of losing 25% of my starting weight.

Week one (ends Jan 5th): Nada - not a once! Jeez. I did start reading NROLFW, so I'm working towards a plan at least.

New Year's Resolution: By December 31st, 2013, I want to have given birth and started back on my healthy life style, with a side bar of not gaining more than 20lbs if we DO get prego. If no prego, I want to be at my goal weight.

New Year's Resolution: I want to get back in size 13 pants by Dec. 31, 2013 and down to 160 lbs

From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: Cook or prepare every meal from scratch and be 180

Week one (ends Jan 5th): Able to exercise every day but one. No weight loss.
Goal: No eating out and gym every day

Week two (ends Jan 12th):Elliptical for 17 minutes reached early! 191.8 pounds. Ate out once.
Goal: 191 lbs, no eating out, elliptical for 15 minutes

Week three (ends Jan 19th):Elliptical for 18 minutes. 191.3 :/
Goal: 189 lbs, " ", elliptical for 17 minutes

Week four (ends Jan 26th):
Goal: 187 lbs, only eat out once (anniversary), elliptical for 19 minutes

Week five (ends Feb 2nd):
Goal: 185 lbs, cook every meal from scratch, elliptical for 21 minutes

Week six (ends Feb 9th):
Goal: 183 lbs, " ", elliptical for 23 minutes

My NYR is to be at 213 before 2013 is over.

My New Year's to Valentines Day goal is to weigh 269 or less. This is number I have not reached yet in my weight loss and it will be great to get out of the 280's and 270's for good! Another goal is to work on controlling binge snacking! Goal is to lose 14 pounds. 2lbs. per week.

This is the first challenge I have ever entered!!

SW: 283.0 (previous lowest weight was 273)

Week one (ends Jan 5th): 280.2 (2.8lbs) I haven't been to the gym and did not stick to my calorie counting, just trying to "dejunk" and get back on track from the holidays.

Week two (ends Jan 12th): 282.4 No OP days, didn't go to the gym. I'm having issues!!

*Went to the gym the 15th and 16th!! Such a big step for me, I didn't do much but just being there was great. Today I had my first OP day in 7 months! The next weigh in is on my birthday. I'm hoping to just see 279.0 on the scale as a gift to myself!

Week three (ends Jan 19th):
Goal: 277

Week four (ends Jan 26th):
Goal: 275

Week five (ends Feb 2nd): 280
Goal: 273

I stuck with the last challenge and made good progress, but wasn't able to plug my final numbers in until well after the new year. I'm happy to start on another challenge! However, I'm going to tweak the dates to correspond with my weekly TOPS weigh-ins.

New Year's Resolution: To lose 52 pounds by December 31, 2013! That's obviously one pound per week, and will put me at an unfathomable 175 pounds.

From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: To average a one pound loss every week, which will bring me down to 220! This is especially important to me since I've never been anywhere under 220 since junior high. I was going for 5 per month during the last challenge, but given my results that seemed slightly ambitious. Losing about one pound per week is both realistic for me and very easy to track.

Oh, and one other goal: I was hoping to fit into a particular orange shirt by Christmas. While it definitely fits, it doesn't look so good on me yet. I figure another 5 pounds or so may be enough, so I would just love to be able to wear the shirt for a fancy Valentine's Day dinner! If I make it I'll post a photo here!

Notes: No meeting and no official weigh-in this week or the last, but I sneaked off to the hospital yesterday and borrowed the same scale we always use. Good to know I'm on schedule so far! I'm going to work extra hard this week, despite spending this weekend at Grandma's house! I really, really want to hit 220 by Valentine's if I can make it.

Week two (Jan 9th)
Goal Weight: 225
... Actual weight: 225
Notes: I made it I made it I made it!!! Even though I spent a few days in California at Grandma's, where there was a lot of eating out and other potential treats that I managed to cope with alright. Feels great to hit my goal for the week!

Week three (Jan 16th)
Goal Weight: 224
... Actual weight: 223
Notes: I am in shock that I lost 2 pounds this week! Maybe I'm catching up from my holiday stall? I did work extra hard so maybe I earned it; I'm hoping that working extra hard this coming week will yield similar results. I simply cannot wait to get to the two-teens and I'm closer than ever.

Week four (Jan 23rd)
Goal Weight: 223
... Actual weight: 221
Notes: I can't believe I've gotten ahead of schedule!!! Can I possibly keep this pace up by Valentine's day? Only one more pound to my mini-goal of 220!!!

Week five (Jan 30th)
Goal Weight: 222
... Actual weight: 222
Notes: Well goodness, I hopped right back nearly up a pound. So much for being ahead of schedule, lol. But I can't complain at all, I'm right at my goal so I'm making good progress. Still can't wait to see the scale dip down below 220! I have a feeling that I might have gone up a little due to the C25K training I started the night before my weigh-in.

Week six (Feb 6th)
Goal Weight: 221
... Actual weight: 221
Notes: Hmm, right on schedule. Only one week to go! Can I actually reach 220 by then? Stay tuned to find out!

Week seven (Feb 13th)
Goal Weight: 220
... Actual weight: 220
Notes: Well, I'm technically at 220.25, but I've been rounding my numbers to the nearest pound. I was secretly hoping to get slightly under 220, but that will definitely happen in the next challenge anyway, and possibly at my next weigh-in! I'm slightly disappointed that I'm not more excited over reaching a specific. long-awaited goal that felt completely impossible for ages, but maybe it just hasn't sunk in yet? I spent so many years wistfully longing to get down to 220, and here I finally am. It feels so surreal.

Two pounds a week! (at least!)

(I weigh in for WW on Thursdays, so I will be a little early)
Starting weight: 286.4
Week one (ends Jan 3th): 281.8 (4.8 lbs lost!!)
Weekly Goal: drink tons of water! ✓

Week two (ends Jan 10th): 280.1 (1 lb. lost)
Weekly Goal: Get on that treadmill 3 times! ✓

Week three (ends Jan 17th): 278.4 (2.4 lbs lost!)
Weekly goal: Fill the fridge with delicious snacks that are 0pts! Prepare bought veggies first thing! ✓

Week four (ends Jan 24th): 277 (1.4 lbs lost)
Weekly Goal: To make several prepared and portioned individual meals for work and days off! ✓

Week five (ends Jan 31st): 276 (1 lb lost)
Weekly Goal: To sweat my a$$ off and move a ton! (I did!! Why only 1 lb?!?)

Week six (ends Feb 7th): 273.4 (2.4 lbs lost)
Weekly Goal: To continue to walk/jog at least 4 times this week!! MUST LOSE 2lbs to meet V-day goal!
