Because I'm going to the doctor's office today, and want to be honest about explaining my efforts to be the healthiest I can be on each and every visit from now on.
Because I was doing so well but now I've been bouncing around the same 3 pounds. I want to break through to my next goal so I'm really trying to focus and be good at each and every meal. Today I'm craving CAKE for some reason but instead will have some blueberries tonight.
I will stay on plan today because I finally broke out of the 260's!!!!! Staying on plan will ensure that I will remain less than 260 for my official weigh in on Sunday!
