my treat is an occasional Dr Pepper. 250 calories for 20 ounces of sweet goodness. I only do this a few days a week, and ALWAYS make it fit in my 1200 calories.
I do like to have low cal string cheese (60cal) on hand for a frequent snack, and also Goldfish crackers! 55 Goldfish crackers are only 140 calories. Eat those goldfish in tiny bites, and it feels like they last forever!
