I am still navigating around here trying to familiarize myself with how things work. It is certainly a HUGE place!
But definitely better too huge than too little.
Its funny how when suddenly the light turns on in our heads to finally do something about our weight, we become a sponge and cannot read enough on the subject or get enough of people who are on the same wave!
Anyway, I a thrilled about having found this web site and was also wondering about starting a blog to kind of start documenting my weight loss journey - something that would keep me on track and honest.
I was wondering if any such thing is part of the site. There are so many great members here it seems - is there a way to keep track and be able to easily go to a place where there is more about the person and their journey?
If you use any external blog sites, which do you use and what works best? Any weight loss-centric blogs out there that are good for this? New to all this! So trying to learn....
