I've been good, but slipped a couple of times eating chocolate at work (boss keeps a candy bowl). that.must.end.
I need to get a better handle on weekend eating. My exercise was much better this weekend, got to the gym, walked tons on Saturday, then took a walk and exercised at home on Monday.
Having an intense TOM, that combined with holiday = overindulging this past weekend. Wearing my jeans today and they actually feel a little loser, which is a very good thing.
I'm aiming to move into the 240s this month, hopefully even make a good dent.
