I saw a couple of numbers this morning ranging from 201.3-201.6 but I saw 201.3 the most, sooo I'm totally claiming it, which means down 1.2 from 202.5. Yes! My NSV totally helped that one out BBL for personals.
I've got a lot of work to catch up on today. I brought Maxwell with me yesterday and needless to say, didn't get ANYTHING done. I've been losing .2 everyday so I guess that's good. LOL
I'm down .2 to 186.2 STILL holding onto the 3lb bag of water that TOM sent in early. NOT backing down. Drinking water like mad to fight back. Birthday party tonight. There will be appetizers and drinks. I am bringing a fruit tray and my alcohol of choice is gin. I feel confident.
I need to clear my desk off. I'll check back and do my catch up reading at lunch!

Well...I still didn't get enough calories in yesterday. I'm so busy at work, I'm just having a couple of small snacks and then I refuse to pile it all on at dinner time. I can also tell that I'm still retaining water so I'm thinking of running it by my doctor to see if it's time for some water pills.
Anyway, I've been perfectly OP (aside from having low calories) and am feeling good about progress even though it's stalled just a tiny bit. If I look at my records, my body just seems to run at the extreme...-9.0 one week, +0.9 the next...c'est la vie. I still only have 2.7lbs to lose to reach my monthly goal and if I can get this water off, it's still a very attainable goal. But even if I don't, I'm still extremely happy with what I've accomplished!
Future -- Best of luck to you this weekend. I KNOW you're gonna do great! Excellent loss this morning BTW!!
Diana -- Woo hoo. When you drop some water weight, you drop some water weight!!
Angie -- The spell worked! My little guy slept through the night last...first time in weeks! You are my Thanks for sharing Starbrite's post. It sounds like she's having an amazing time!
Kukkie -- GREAT loss this morning! CONGRATS!!
Vixsin -- I've had those "kid at work" days before myself and just like you, I didn't really get a thing done! LOL. Congrats your daily .2 losses...those babies add up!
just a quick post to drop in and say hi to everyone!
i didn't do my weigh in today, in the rush to get ready for work i didn't have time. i forgot i had to work at 1 today, not 2, so by the time i remembered my weigh in, i was dressed and full of water. so, i'll skip it today, and change my ticker tomorrow.
We went to the walk in clinic this morning and Cameron has tonsillitis, which means antibiotics for 10 days. Good thing we are on vacation next week! We wanted to do some camping, so I'm hoping he'll be well enough for that by Monday.
Roxy -- Thanks for the encouragement and for thinking of Cam! Congrats on your .4 today
Diana -- Thanks! I've been trying to get back to 208.something since about 6 weeks ago
Ona -- You've made a full time job of working out! Thank you I always appreciate your encouragement when I'm struggling, it helps me push on. Congrats on your .2 today -- have fun at Zumba!
Kukkie -- You so earned that little whoosh with your great choices yesterday!
Vixsin -- Congrats on your .2 today -- .2 everyday is not too shabby! Good luck in sticking with your healthy choices tonight at the party.
Jami -- Good job on your .6 today. Maybe some higher cal snacks would help you boost your calories for the day without going over the top at night? What kind of things do you bring along with you? I'm so glad the nightmare spell worked. Maybe I should patent it now!
Star -- Congrats on your .4 and hope you see that 250 tomorrow!
I just had to come in here and let y'all know that I did it! I did P90X plyometrics after having already done my normal Friday gym routine of an hour long weight class and an hour of zumba.
Angie - I'm so glad he didn't have something worse. I used to get tonsillitis a lot as a kid. I always felt better a couple days after I started the antibiotics.
Jami good job on the .6 down That's right keep it positive as you always do, you've done great I didn't have a good weigh in today
Aimee hope you get soon rest and relief before vacation, even if only a little.
Future good job on the .8 down Have a wonderful weekend
Diana good job on the 2.4 down what a whoosh

Starbrite did I see a signature name there??? Hi Sam nice to meet you LOL. I think you are doing fine if you can still fit the same things your daughter can. Let that skirt and whatever else you buy be your motivation You can do it Angie thanks for moving that over here
Roxy good job on the .4 down That's right tell your body what to do don't let your mind talk you out of it You GO you WORKOUT QUEEN There's a 2 hour Zumbathon at the skating rink tomorrow, I think I may go if we aren't doing anything. I sure could use the workout
Ona good job on the .2 down, I know you had fun at Zumba
Kukkie good job on the 1.2 down whoosh
Vixsin good job on the .2 down, those .2's add up, you're doing great and your whoosh is coming enjoy the party

Hope you had a great day Mandy, thanks for the recipe thread
Hi to everyone I missed I'm supposed to be watching a movie but I didn't get to check in this morning so here goes absolutely nothing good to say ....
I weighed in this morning at 175.4 up .8. I didn't get a chance to exercise because the kids and I have been on the move all day literally. I had 35 minutes to sit earlier so I thought only to find out I needed to pick DD up a half hour earlier than she said. So with everything that I have done today I haven't had one nutritious thing as far as I'm concerned.
Breakfast: Slim Fast walking out of the door and a bottle of water Lunch: McD's small fry & 3 pcs of a 4 pc nugget, unsweetened tea Snack/Dinner late afternoon before 3:45pm: bag of barcelona honey cashews (about 3 servings), medium fry and a cone from McD's Dinner: I haven't had any yet ... ate a whole pink grape fruit
calories 1710 over by 290 plus 74 for the grapefruit
carbs 223 over by 28
fat 76 over by 29
protein 40 under by 13
sodium 1170 under by 1330
fiber 8 under by 8
I'm gonna get some lemon water because I am full so not gonna eat anything else. With these numbers I am totally clueless as to what my weigh in will be like. I feel super bloated, but I have felt like this most of the day. I'm sure it's the sodium from too too many fries.
I'd like to get on the treadmill before I go to sleep but I'm also pooped so idk
PS YOU ALL have had great weigh ins today ... great job Ladies Keep up the wonderful works for your bodies
Love2b: the SlimFast was nutritous and even though you had McD it doesn't appear that you went overboard One of the things I have done is to think about all of the places you may end up and choose some healthy options...McD fruit/walnut salad with grilled chicken sandwich and a diet coke -- delicious -- you did well considring your schedule!
Fitgirl: great job on P90 - I have yet to exercise - one day....
linjber/Konfyoozed:
Angie: I love the thread name
Star: Great job - I totally understand - my first number on the scale was 219.0 - I should have just run with it, I'm so tired of the 220's !
Jami: best of luck at reaching your goal - I'm hoping to obtain my goal as well
Vixsin: Great job on the loss this week -- I like rum and diet coke
Kukkie: I still have not been able to determine what NSV stands for? BTW great job on the loss!
Roxy -- I always got tonsillitis too...in fact, it never stopped, so I had them removed when I was 27 or so -- lol. It was the most painful thing ever, and I am counting labour and a c-section. You're right, I think the antibiotics are helping already, he just had his 3rd dose today.
Rennie -- Thanks! He still had a fever today, but it seems to be better now. I last gave him tylenol at 4:00, but when I put him to bed at 9:00 he didn't feel overly warm so I just left it. I'll check in on him in a bit. I was tickled to know starbrite's first name too! Don't worry about your .8 today, you'll have a whoosh soon. I feel a bit bloated too, but I was on plan, so what more can you do, right?
LGW -- Hang in there, you're just about done with the 220's
If Jeri isn't around over the weekend I'll make the new thread on Sunday
